... really squirrely looking dudes began moving into the apartment directly below me. I mean homeless looking crackheads ... to credit issues. I fear no one will rent to me. I can afford 1400 a month ... with original French doors and antique moldings, decorative fireplace with built-in bookcases, large bedrooms with lots ... view the apartment. I have no problem paying the move in fee+the amount for rent however ... 2BD/2BH, 900+ sq ft, Full W/D, 1 car attchd garage, Fireplace, new carpet, 1 year lease. $1150 deposit. Avail 1st week of June.Clean, safe, modern 7-unit gated building with nice quiet neighbors! Bedroom has its own bathroom, AVAILABLE NOW. Granite countertops, fireplace, balcony, vaulted ceilings, dishwasher, free laundry in building.
